Usability Test for Target.com

For this project we were to design a usability test for the Target.com website. We designed a list of tasks for the user to complete on the website and let her complete the tasks by herself. We recorded and took notes of the movements she made while completing the task. This helped us get a better understanding of how customers use the site.
